STRUGGLING SINGLE MOM BEHIND 2 1/2 MO what am I going to do about food???

I am a single mother of a beautiful, handsome will be 14 year old son. I am blessed for that he's healthy and just a really good kid who hardly asks for anything because he knows my financial situation at this time. I do have a full time job and try to get overtime which is about impossible, but I did get very sick and missed almost 2 weeks of work about 3 months ago. I got behind almost immediately and I have been spinning my wheels ever since. My landlord Thank God has been very understanding and is giving me time to get caught up. The bank that owns my truck still, and my insurance company for the truck, and the doctor's who took care of me are not being so understanding and as of this day i am 2 months behind on my truck payment 2x $537.80, almost 2 months on insurance 2x $90.02(which I am sure I will be getting cancellation Notice soon) and my rent is 3 months past due 3 x $ 600.00. None of this includes food and gas to get to work, thank godness my utilities are included in my rent. My son needs money for things at school off and on, and his bday is Oct. 12, 2007 and I don't even know if will can even have a small party for him. He is just a kid. I am not asking for someone to just pay all my past due bills or just hand me money, but if I could catch one or two of these bills I could get a handle on things, or even money to get food for a little bit. I am not on welfare and I don't abuse the goverment system either I am a low income single mom who has just hit a really hard time..And I need a little help.....Thank You for time.
